How It Works

Step 1
Customer chooses eCOD mode amongst the payment options during checkout.
Step 2
On delivery, customer provides phone number and preferred wallet option to the delivery executive.
Step 3
Delivery executive enters the phone number into Power wallet on his device.
Step 4
Customer receives OTP which he communicates to the delivery executive.
Step 5
Delivery executive enters the OTP and voila, the transaction is completed.
Step 1
Customer chooses eCOD mode amongst the payment options during checkout.
Step 2
On delivery, customer asks to pay through UPI to delivery executive.
Step 3
Customer communicates his VPA to the delivery executive.
Step 4
Delivery executive enters the VPA and sends a collect request.
Step 5
Customer approves the collect request on his Bank UPI app and the payment is completed.
Step 1
Customer chooses eCOD mode amongst the payment options during checkout.
Step 2
On delivery, customer asks for a link to pay on their own device - through cards, netbanking, wallets etc.
Step 3
Delivery executive clicks on link based payment option.
Step 4
A short link is SMSed to the customer which can be opened on mobile or laptop.
Step 5
Customer makes the payment using any payment method and the payment is complete.
